If for any reason you need to exchange or return (store credit only) an unwanted item, simply contact us within 10 days of delivery (holidays and weekends included). We will only offer an exchange or refund providing that the merchandise is in perfect condition (stains or odor included). We will not accept any items that have been worn, laundered, or damaged. We strongly advise all customers check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and disposing of any original packaging.
Shipping charges on an exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer. When you ship a product to us for return, make sure that you insure it and have the ability to track your item. If your item is lost in transit to us, we will not be held liable. Exchanges can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive back.
Store Credit will only be issued once merchandise is received by Billionaire New York. Exchanges will be mailed only after receipt of exchanged merchandise is received by Billionaire New York.
